Holly Albertson, Founder

I have my grandparents to thank for my love of jewelry. At a young age, my grandparents used to take me to auctions and yard sales every weekend we spent together. I'd have to sit in the front seat and guide us via an old school map to each sale. My grandmother loves jewelry, but only at a deal! She'll buy a box of jewels for $10, picking her favorites and wearing them ALL at once. I never realized how much her love of jewelry had transferred to me until I was deep into my career.

The opportunity to work in the jewelry industry was just as serendipitous as my yard sale hunts. I was lucky enough to have a small, family run, estate jewelry business in NYC take a chance on me, with zero experience in the business. At night I studied for my Graduate Gemology degree from the Gemological Institute of America while evaluating Antique Jewels during the day. This allowed me to quickly gain an appreciation and understanding for these unique jewels. I was able to handle beautiful diamonds, high quality signed pieces of antique jewelry and unique gems, every single day. My first piece of jewelry I worked with was an Art Deco Tiffany & Co. Blue Diamond Necklace! These pieces are so full of character and charm, one couldn’t help but be enamored. This passion continued while working in the retail world and then grew into my own space and business adventure!
